WHAT'S THE SECRET TO SUCCESS?

What's the secret to success? It’s a great question, but is there really one answer.

I think that rather than one secret really it is that thing, personal to you, that propels you from where you are to where you want to be, and that secret for me was embracing fearlessness.

I thought that I was being fearless by leaving my 'secure job', and I was but that was just the beginning; there was a lot more acts of fearlessness that had to follow.

Without truly appreciating it, I began focusing my time on the things in my business that I was good at and that I enjoyed most. But the problem was that my strategy was failing me as I was avoiding the things that made me less comfortable but were necessary if I was going to have the success I wanted.

This fear can manifest in many ways:

•     Fear of sales and selling

•     Fear of money

•     Fear of being successful

•     Fear of being on camera

•     Fear of calling potential clients

What is it for you?

If you know your business needs that injection but are unwilling to break through that fear then your business will suffer (BTW I can show you techniques that make this process really enjoyable!!!). By giving into the fears I had I was sabotaging my success and confusing personal worthiness with the service I was providing.

Let me tell you, it wasn’t easy but it was soooo worth it! All of the things that I listed aboveare things that were playing their part in holding me back in varying degrees. At the time they felt insurmountable but now when I look back having conquered them, I see them for what they truly are, speed bumps on the road to success.

Be fearless in your business and in your coaching. Be prepared to do what others don’t and say what others won’t. Put service first and make building those connections with potential clients the only thing that matters. When you make it too much about you, you get in your own way.

Getting caught up in the scarcity of the current situation clouds the mind and restricts you from changing your future. Maintain the belief in the service you provide, be bold in enrolling only the best clients, be prepared to truly step out of your comfort zone for the pursuit of your dreams and see how your fortunes change.

When you adopt a different perspective, scarcity melts away to be replaced by abundance. It is only then when you can create the results that just before seemed impossible
