Hello Ladies,

Thank you for being here, I am so happy that you are reading this because I want to share with you some thoughts on a subject very close to my heart, the freedom to express yourself.

We are all searching for it, and for some of us it may feel like we are bursting to be set free!

When I was working a 9 to 5 job, I felt like I had to FIT IN to get along. Having been educated to be a natural pleaser, I felt I had to please my manager, my manager’s manager, basically what the organisation expected. And the problem was I had to do this even if it didn’t resonate with me, and often it didn’t. I felt like the way to be recognised was to conform, and I told myself that in the end it would all be worth it.

But it wasn’t! Instead I felt constrained. I started feeling like I had to compromise my integrity just to get on and move up and I thought enough is enough, it wasn't worth it and didn't make me fulfilled.

The contribution I am able to make now is what fulfills me, that’s what I am passionate about and that’s what makes me jump out of bed in the morning. Being able to contribute to other people’s success, to see them grow, that’s what I love. Not the corporate agenda I felt compelled to follow.

Working a 9 to 5 led to me feeling constricted and bursting to be set free because I was following someone elses rules and ideals and trying to fit in rather then following my passions.

I believe in the power of pursuing your dreams, I feel my freedom of expression comes from supporting women to succeed, achieve their own dreams and help them find their voice and shout it loud and clear. This is who I am, this my calling, and I want the same for you.

Your dream, your freedom of expression may be different to mine, but you know that you want to set it free. By having that freedom of expression you give yourself the opportunity to feel fulfilled pursuing your life's purpose rather than doggedly pursuing someone else's dream.

I love that you are here reading this, and I really want you to pursue your dreams and have that freedom to express who you are and who you were born to become. I'm here to support you.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on becoming free of your J.O.B. and pursuing a career that gives you the freedom to live life on your terms, please leave a comment below and share the love.

Much Love,
